01. DISCOVERYFirst is the initial meeting to understand client needs, goals and target audience. There we define project scope and timeline.
02. STRUCTURE & DESIGNCreate sitemap, wireframes, design system and views in Figma. Tailor style and design language to client needs.
03. DEVELOPAfter the client signs off on the design, I build the website using open source technologies. Nowadays mostly with Claude Code and Agents.
04. LAUNCHFill content, test for speed, accessibility and SEO. Deploy to hosting and set up analytics. Train the client on content management.
05. MAINTAIN & OPTIMIZEOngoing support, updates and improvements. Monitor search engine performance and security.
